I’m Joanna, a Norwegian tutor with nine years of experience teaching the language online. My journey with Norwegian began when I was 19 and began to study Scandinavian Studies at the University of Gdansk.

During my studies, I spent a semester on a student exchange at Høgskolen i Telemark in Norway, igniting my deep connection with the language and culture. Later, my professional path led me to Fagbokforlaget Publishing House. I worked as an editorial assistant and production coordinator, contributing to diverse projects spanning academic books, novels, and Norwegian language textbooks for foreigners.

With a lifelong passion for languages, I’ve guided many students in their Norwegian language journey, helping them achieve goals such as moving to Norway, developing their careers in Norway, passing exams, or simply mastering a fascinating language. I offer personalized classes tailored to your interests and strengths, ensuring an enjoyable and effective learning experience.

What sets my teaching approach apart is its neurodivergent-friendly nature. Having worked with students with learning disabilities and ADHD, I prioritize an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
